Cynthia was amazing. She took care of switching me over from t Mobile I'm less than 20 minutes. The process was so much easier than expected even though my family has a ton of devices. She was also the only Spanish speaker so she had to take payments, be a translator and take care of lots of other people but somehow made it so that I felt prioritized.ia shocked when she said she wasn't the store manager. We've had a lot of bad experiences with T-Mobile stores so this was a incredible introduction to Verizon
