I was looking into switching carriers but the gentleman that helped me out was keep talking about promotions with new phones. When I repeatedly mentioned that I do not want a new phone, I want just Verizon phone line since I have the Verizon internet already. I am willing to pay off my phone with the old carrier just to switch but he kept talking about Verizon can pay off my phone and switch.
