Store level, their great. Best customer service! Corporate, they suck huge eggs and hotdogs!! They tried to charge me a restocking fee of $50 for a galaxy watch that was defective that I paid the taxes on which was $43. So they wanted me to pay another $7 to return a defective product that I had for literally one day. Good store, corporate sucks. The store took care of me and had my back. You guys are awesome.
