Ever since upgrading my phone last November, I've had intermittent issues with my voicemail. It broke once again and over the phone support was useless. At this store they weren't willing to do any level of trouble shooting and just redirected me to call support. It's been enough of a nightmare that I am finally looking for a new carrier after today's experience.
I stopped in because I was having trouble activating a new phone. I was assisted by Lino, who was professional, extremely helpful. Thank you!
He did a good job, as much as he was able since it is a 3rd party store. I would go back.
Lost a star because I was 'kicked out of the queue' that was supposed to notify me of my appointment. Came back 20 minutes after they estimated 45 min wait. Never got a text or anything. Thankfully Joel got me right in and was a fabulous help. Explained all my options and detailed price changes and made sure I got the discount I saw online. Thanks for your help, Joel!
