Went in with broken glass screen. Had an appt. Customer tech was nice,knowledgeable and gave advice on how to go about fixing outside their store since they don't do repairs. She gave me the proper # to go for insurance coverage. Don't use the one in Tucson Mall just do it over the phone,tech can come to you to fix . You may have to wait a few days ,but, so worth it.
Justice is the worst rep I’ve ever had to work with I got my purse stolen and I wasn’t able to show a physical copy of my ID but I did have a picture and I also had the AZMVD.now pulled up with the picture of my id and he refused to acccept it I have been on the phone with customer service for over an hour and they even agree it isn’t a fair situation
Leslie was super duper helpful and patience with me! She got me in and out with my brand new watch!
I came from out of state & my Google map directions on my phone went out on me so I stopped here for an emergency so I wouldn't get lost getting around big shout out to the young man who was nice enough to help get it back running right again & I'd definitely recommend this place to other people!!!!!
I had to get a new phone and service it after my old one was stolen. Anthony Foley was a rockstar and made my day much less bad by getting me in and out quickly, while also helping me get the pin to set up my new phone. My experience was pleasant, including engaging conversation. I will only be returning to N Oracle Verizon in the future. If you’re there, ask for Anthony!
