Do not come here for new accounts or help. They will add random things to your bill and cover it up with credit until it isn’t their problem anymore. Good luck getting any real information from them
If I could give this store negative 5, that would be more accurate. "Roberto was here for just 1 day and actually works at Bayside.. " .. according to the manager there today. But on that one day he messed up numerous customer's accounts, and cellphone service, by making all kinds of changes and offers with nothing in writing... none of which this store will take any responsibility for.
