After waiting over 36 hours after the order was placed, went to the store and got this: "We don't have the item, we won't pick up the order. The online inventory is inaccurate and maybe another store will pick it up. It will auto cancel after three days." They leave you in the lurch. Don't cancel an order so you know to go somewhere else. Customer service reps don’t have any intention to help customers.
Every time I go the associates seem annoyed to have to do their job, my bad I didn’t mean to interrupt the football game you’re watching by asking you to do what you’re getting paid to do.
