I get the low rating. I had to come here with my best friend death certificate to get him off my plan that I can not afford his half of on my own. I was met by an employee asking “what do you need” very rudely. Then the manager Latifah came out. Was extremely condescending and clacking her nails at me instead of listening. I had to come here as it’s the closest corporate store and that’s an absolute shame. I want to make this review as honest as possible, because it wouldn't be fair not to give the best feedback to help better a customer's future experience. I want to be very clear that Verizon's customer service call centers are the failing aspect of the company's integrity and pledge of support to their customers. A move to cut costs by outsourcing instead of leaving customer support in house will be the Achille's heel if you do not correct that.
