Brad was great despite being a Yankees fan
Brad was extremely helpful in adding another line to our plan. He helped us way out our options. In the end we winded up saving money.
Kaila was very helpful and polite.
My boyfriend and I just got new phones with Verizon here, and this is the best customer experience we have ever had with Verizon. Especially David our salesperson, who was extremely knowledgeable about the newest devices as well as taking the time to answer all of our questions, he also went above and beyond setting up our new devices too! We love this store, and plan on coming here anytime we need help with our phones, we know David can take care of it!
