My boyfriend and I just got new phones with Verizon here, and this is the best customer experience we have ever had with Verizon. Especially David our salesperson, who was extremely knowledgeable about the newest devices as well as taking the time to answer all of our questions, he also went above and beyond setting up our new devices too! We love this store, and plan on coming here anytime we need help with our phones, we know David can take care of it!

This store has a severe lack of leadership, training and customer service. The issue resides solely because of its employees. Walking in all employees are scrolling there phone. Asking for help of anything pertaining to your plan or bill they just walk you to a phone to call customer service. One employee literally said “I’m only here if you want to buy something” when asking about my trade in that and upgrade I made at the store.
