The girl who works there is so rude, she doesn't try to help you, I had my business account for 5 years with Verizon and this woman just told me "IT DOESN'T APPEAR" and THAT'S IT!! 2 times I asked to add a device and these people made me new accounts and now I have problems finding my devices, and this woman only tells me.." NOT HERE" even when I'm showing her my devices. YOU WANT TO SPEND AN UNPLEASANT TIME visit this store.
Had great experience with Adis, helping with all my questions and being patient with my indecisiveness.
If I could half a star I would. Very poor service.
