Came into this Verizon store because I have been having a ridiculous amount of issues with this company AS A WHOLE. Randomly my account was locked a while back. I am now sick of dealing with them after having tried to solve this problem multiple times, various different ways but all things were unsuccessful. Finally, I came in to pay my final bill. Walked into this store and was greeted by Keone. I went in for a memory card that's how old my phone was... frustrated with my phone and they didn't sell memory cards (little did I know the new phones have 3X the memory and they no longer need an additional card.) Lol... as I express my frustration with Verizon, my phone and how long I've been a loyal customer Gabe said what's your number you have to have loyalty points.. long story short.
