Y’all removed my review so now you get a ONE star review!! Verizon SUCKS. I have been back and forth to this store since Thursday about 5 times trying to figure out how to use the rebate card I was issued 2 MONTHS LATE for basics like gas and groceries since nearly $600 was auto drafted out of my bank account at the beginning of this month because Verizon didn’t issue me the rebate card until this past Friday and the payment for that device at AT&T was due the next billing cycle after I switched in November.
