I have been with them for 25 years they don't even care my bill just keeps getting higher I am leaving they should have looked out for me better
I don't know how many bad things I can say about this place. The manager was rude. It's a corporate location and they simply refused to be of any help. The manager said "We sell phones and that's it. Any other help is on line. " Funny thing is that online help sent us to that store. I'll be contacting the corporate headquarters about our experience here. I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years and now I'm shopping other providers.
