Simply disappointed with this company, she gets home a promoter took her internet plan which does not comply with the speed offered then canceled the subscription to the week, they took more than a month to send the equipment return kit and now as the equipment does not appear to them I have been more than three months trying to eliminate the bill of $228 that they charged me and they do not solve it, today the only option they give me is that I manage with CBE group which is an account recovery company. Been with them since January. Service is generally good. Internet works fine. Occasionally lose signal, but that happens with every provider.
Very rude I went in this store to get new service rude ppl took forever to help me had a blk lady help me which was weird the two ladies were just looking at me crazy id never recommend this store at all
Skip this place!! It's a joke.. understaffed and inefficient.. spent two hrs there and accomplished NOTHING!! The manager would rather be in back on her phone than helping customers.
Wow I have never felt more unwelcome in a business before. My car was over heating and I parked in the shade of Verizons building. I asked to borrow the restroom. I was escorted to the restroom and escorted out. No one even asked if I was ok. Fyi I am a verizon customer, for now. The store had NO customer inside.
