They got to the bottom of my issue very quickly literally impressed.
Worst customer service ever. I came to buy a new phone and the guy wasn't talking at all. There was a weird silence between us. I was asking questions regarding my new phone and available offers and this guy kept scrolling through his tab and asked me to wait. Are these kind of behavior even allowed in the service sector???? Verizon needs to do a better job....I am using Verizon for over 6 years now and I am highly disappointed!!!!
Been here for an hour and a half to get a line and phone. Staff is awful. No customer service. Customer service rep literally walked away and went to the back for 15 mins while we were supposed to be activating my line. By the time he came back I was already on the phone with Verizon getting it taken care of myself. Was gonna buy a new phone, but I will never give them my business after today's catastrophe. Made an appointment and still had to wait. Once I was helped got everything taken care of.
Typical verizon experience. 35 minute wait. 1 hour 15 minute service time. Pretty typical but they did get me a new phone and solve a few other problems. In my experience, I would rather go in and talk to a person than do the phone thing. They always seem to resolve my issues in person.
