I’ve been on the phone and online for over two hours simply trying to pay my bill. Online services are not working and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!! No wonder everyone is leaving Verizon! You can’t even say it’s horrible customer service when THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Way to run your company right into the ground!
No services here .only to spend 1000 on phone then they will talk to you. A 2 hour wait to talk to billing people
They got to the bottom of my issue very quickly literally impressed.
Worst customer service ever. I came to buy a new phone and the guy wasn't talking at all. There was a weird silence between us. I was asking questions regarding my new phone and available offers and this guy kept scrolling through his tab and asked me to wait. Are these kind of behavior even allowed in the service sector???? Verizon needs to do a better job....I am using Verizon for over 6 years now and I am highly disappointed!!!!
Been here for an hour and a half to get a line and phone. Staff is awful. No customer service. Customer service rep literally walked away and went to the back for 15 mins while we were supposed to be activating my line. By the time he came back I was already on the phone with Verizon getting it taken care of myself. Was gonna buy a new phone, but I will never give them my business after today's catastrophe.
