Went in there to talk about my bill. There were a few people ahead of me. No problem. They start to check me in and tell me it will be a few HOURS before they can help me. I walked out.
Awful. I signed my business up and was told the contract was month to month and no cancellation fee. I canceled and they charged me $300. Tried to get a hold of someone for hours on the phone. Had to pay them because they sent me a collections notice after 2 months of trying to resolve it. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Stay away.
I’ve been on the phone and online for over two hours simply trying to pay my bill. Online services are not working and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!! No wonder everyone is leaving Verizon! You can’t even say it’s horrible customer service when THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Way to run your company right into the ground!
No services here .only to spend 1000 on phone then they will talk to you. A 2 hour wait to talk to billing people
They got to the bottom of my issue very quickly literally impressed.
