I had a great experience at this location. I walked in with no appointment and was immediately greeted and checked in. Even though there were 5 people ahead of me, I was helped within 15 minutes of checking in. Dustin helped me set up a new phone and switch from my parents account to my own. Wanted to shout out some of the employees that helped me with my phone Tuesday November 4th, I’m a college student first time away from home so it was nice to have friendly and easy service to get a trade in on my broken phone. The guy who greeted me first for check in was very nice and helpful told me what we’d do after I waited don’t remember his name though. Went in there to talk about my bill. There were a few people ahead of me. No problem. They start to check me in and tell me it will be a few HOURS before they can help me. I walked out.
Awful. I signed my business up and was told the contract was month to month and no cancellation fee. I canceled and they charged me $300. Tried to get a hold of someone for hours on the phone. Had to pay them because they sent me a collections notice after 2 months of trying to resolve it. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Stay away.
