New manager was very nice man I need tell all verizon customers about this.
Went in to upgrade, and bought a phone case with it. They double charged me for it (75$) because their system didn't clear the first time they swiped my card. Them they told me "you can't use the same card twice" so we used my wife's card. Both charges went through. I call them later to ask about this and they said it can take up to two weeks for it to process back to my bank. So I wait patiently 4 weeks. Then they can't do anything at the store because it's past 30 days. So I call their hotline they say they will investigat... read more
