Unfortunately this is a horrendous location. I have come here several times, as noted in the other review for this location, and received almost no help. Unfortunately the staff and the manager seem to be unable or unwilling to help. I've been placed on the phone with Verizon technical support while in the store, many of the promises about the device, service, speed, price were either completely incorrect. Not properly trained employees. Been here waiting for awhile to get phoned transferred and I was offered “deals” that at the end of transaction didn’t make any sense. Had to get the manager involved.
Jose was a great help and always on top of everything. Absolutely an asset to the company
