I have downloaded the app my password no longer works, tried to change it and when you have the option to have it sent to your phone via text does not work, you send it to your email and it does not work how are you suppose to conduct business? Yesterday i was on the phone and left my name to contact me and no phone call. I am in need of a business solution and there are not options that work.
