Absolute bait and switch. After lots of promises about the new setup, my husband goes in to be told a totally different story by staff/ manager. ALL they care about is signing you up and getting you subscribed. No real customer service at all; they don't even pretend to give a crap. We will be switching out.
I have downloaded the app my password no longer works, tried to change it and when you have the option to have it sent to your phone via text does not work, you send it to your email and it does not work how are you suppose to conduct business? Yesterday i was on the phone and left my name to contact me and no phone call. I am in need of a business solution and there are not options that work. I am going to call back and call back and call back I am thinking?
