Nothing to do with the store. Just wanted leave a review for verizon. Got three phones from Verizon last year on promotion had to send out old phones back. Send them through ups got the tracking number and everything. Provided the tracking number to Verizon they verified and phones were never picked up from ups store so they said I’m not on fault and everything is clean and they will start providing discounts on the bills within two to three billing cycle. Horrible experience. Go anywhere else, the staff won't help you with your issue and they'll just watch football highlights loudly on their phones while YOU call the call center. I got a wifi-only plan, have been dealing with the hassle of it for two months between them not mailing me a passcode, AI-customer service over the phone, etc. Finally today decided to go into a corporate store and get some assistance from staff. Oddie was very helpful earlier today. He was ready to help me as soon as I walked in the door. I thought he was a customer too. And to top it all off, today is New Year’s Day. He’s ready to help and great customer service experience.
