This location is incompetent. Sort of polite, but unable to register a new phone to the network despite 2+ days of effort. The incompetence is compounded by the 86 year old customer being in crisis, homeless from the Eaton fire. As soon as she is re-homed, Verizon will be replaced. Ren is the employee dealt with today.
