So we went in for a simple transfer of information for my mom’s phone and we got an amazing representative named Elidia to help us (I’m so sorry if I got the name wrong). She is the manager there and was very knowledgeable, fixed our issues and made us feel exceptionally comfortable. Thank you.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Visiting the store is a pleasant experience. .
Excellent services
Came in to trade in my phone and they updated the setting of the place so more seating area and customer service desks which I loved You check in and wait for your turn. You can make an appointment ahead of time which helps as well. I was attended to promptly and given the instructions to start up my new device. The only downside was that now they charge $30 if you want them to start up your device because of time. Good thing I was able to do it from home and pretty fast !
