You should really train your employees on how to be polite and have manners. We did a curbside pickup order for a new device ($1,200). The employee who brought out our order practically threw the bag at me and said “okay, bye”. What happened to “thank you for your business”? Or “have a nice night”, etc. This experience made me thankful that I placed my order online, and that I did not walk into the store to do business with your employees because I would’ve walked right back out. This was after spending 90 minutes on chat with the online help and after all that time I was told that the best option was to go to the store where the mistake had occurred.
