They've repeatedly put me on a contract multiple times after I've paid off the device upfront in its entirety, essentially charging me double. Do not come to this store, buy an unlocked from iPhone/Samsung directly. This store will scam you and offer another contract in your face after you've explained the problem.
The manager Jesus and representative Isabella were great. They really listened to our concerns and gave us the best customer service. If need be, go in and ask for one of them. Thank you both.
Hospitality and lack of urgency after waiting in the store over an hour is unacceptable. I will drive an hour to find another store before visiting this one again.
