Really bad customer service
"Customer service" none lazy workers non wanting to help people all I was offered was a pamflet to get online service
We are traveling through Texas in a RV and found ourselves at a Park that did not have wifi. We are more mature and "technically challenged" but had heard we could get our own wifi to travel with. So, we stopped in and barely had to say a thing about our situation and within minutes the sales rep was presenting our solution! They treated us with respect and it was a wonderful experience! Manager and sale rep took great care of us! We would highly recommend!
