The employees were professional and friendly. My issue is we wanted to switch over to Verizon. Unfortunately this “process” had us in the store from 1:30-6:30pm. They told us we would not need all 5 phones to switch over that day when I first go there and informed them that only 3 phone lines were local. They kept going in and out of the back room off and on telling us they were sorry this was taking so long. We sat there for one part of the time for 90 minutes with no communication or update. Super slow. So busy tonight they can’t help me one hour before they close so they turn me away. It’s been that way for years. You woudl think they would learn and hire more employees.
Extremely unprofessional employees in the local store when going in with questions concerning my business account. Asked to speak to a rep in sales for billing question and was told to call a number. Went to call the number the employee who had approached to assist me had written down, but it was incorrect. She corrected the error and was very unprofessional in her demeanor while doing so.
