Very nice store
Crappy customer service we’re going there to resolve an issue and get nothing but attitude from the store Manager, he was very rude disrespectful for no reason
I do not remember the gals name but she was very helpful around 2 PM on 4/16/25. After 1 failed attempt online, 2 failed calls with Asurion/Verizon, and 1 visit to an UBREAKIFIX Asurion store, this location was able to get my phone in for repair. The online personnel were completely unhelpful, they kept saying the phone wasn't broken so they couldn't do anything (even though the phone would not charge, aka broken...).
