I do not remember the gals name but she was very helpful around 2 PM on 4/16/25. After 1 failed attempt online, 2 failed calls with Asurion/Verizon, and 1 visit to an UBREAKIFIX Asurion store, this location was able to get my phone in for repair. The online personnel were completely unhelpful, they kept saying the phone wasn't broken so they couldn't do anything (even though the phone would not charge, aka broken...). I went in today and had the best experience in any Verizon store I’ve ever had Nolan made it super easy to open a new account and add phones to my line I was in and out on his end very satisfied if I could write a 10 star review I would have he deserves more than 5 stars I’ll be back if I ever have problems Nolan was super respectful overall a nice human being

The tech was unable to resolve issues and caused more issues with the phone then when entering. Unable to provide a resolution we gave up and ported the number to another carrier that does work.
