Another absolute waste of time at the Verizon store. I had the misfortune of Juliana "assisting" me today, though it's generous to say that. She was rude, unprofessional, and even a tad bit of an imbecile. I'm not sure if she was not grasping my questions by choice or if she was purposely being difficult.
