Worst decision ever. Came here to add 2 new lines onto my plan, which originally cost me $259 for 4 lines (not including the 2 new lines) then after the 2 new lines were added, my next bill was $919!!! They added a ton of perks that I didn’t want or ask for and even changed my grandfathered old Apple One Unlimited plan to the new Unlimited Ultimate when I specifically said multiple times to NOT change my plan and to ONLY add the 2 new lines. I been on the phone with Verizon for the past 4 days trying to fix this hectic issue... read more
