I have been coming to this store to purchase phones for a long, long time. They are always more helpful than trying to do it online. This time update graded my son's Samsung a71 to a Galaxy s24. The employee Josh says he's been there 9 years. It shows. He is fantastic. When the time comes for me to switch my phone out or anyone else in my family, and it's coming soon, we will seek out Josh because he is fantastic
