At my age I am not good at working this phone. So I go for help and they are great with this old lady.
Guys working were helpful but could not solve my problem with my phone. At least they tried!
The service instore was fantastic. HOWEVER- business service is NOT open on the weekends. Now some of us WORK on the weekends. Just keep this in mind if you need something right away. Like service if there is a miscommunication with their billing department. Which for personal i didn't have any problems. Business was a disaster.
