Excellent customer service!!
Stopped here to get my screen protector replaced. They couldn't seem to help me. I was unsure what type I already had but it turned out they didn't have anything in stock for my phone. The guy laughed at me when I couldn't tell him what kind of screen protector it was. I produced a receipt and they couldn't tell what it was based on the receipt. Wouldn't recommend this location, okemos location will help you.
Show up an hour after your originally scheduled appointment to save yourself time waiting as it takes forever and they are incredibly slow.
