The store tech is not very helpful at all, especially for business customers
Really disrespectful charging a very elderly woman exorbitant fees for a cell she hardly uses! I pay $40 a month with a different provider. Now we find out there's $486 owed on a phone that she's been paying for a year. Why would anybody in their right mind abuse an elderly person buy charging them $1,000 cell phone. My lawyer is going to be called She's charged varying fees $70+!!!! I explained over and over she wanted simple, easy to use and month pay upfront. They did the exact opposite!
