This place is ridiculous. The staff said that they cannot provide the service I need. They could have politely provided suggestions for other verizon stores; instead they just rudely said they do not have any information and rejected to provide service very impatiently. RIDICULOUS. VERIZON IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS.
I’ve never left a negative review before, but this was the most wild customer service experience I’ve had in my life. A parent died, the staff here disconnected my phone instead of my parent’s phone. When I returned to the store and I told them that they disconnected my number, they said “no, there was only one number on the account”. I showed them the receipt that said my phone number was disconnected and demonstrated that my phone was not working.
