I had an issue with my texting app and I went in and was helped immediately. Everyone there is always ao helpful and walk you through everything and answer all my questions. I have been going there for years and always send all my family there. Thank you Sam and everyone else there for your incredible customer service. You guys really treat people like family

I went to this Verizon store rather than one closer to my residence as it is listed as a corporate location. I was looking to purchase one new Apple Watch and upgrade another and set up cellular service for both. When I inquired about the watches, an employee told me that they didn’t have much in stock without even checking to see which ones I was interested in.
