I had an issue with my texting app and I went in and was helped immediately. Everyone there is always ao helpful and walk you through everything and answer all my questions. I went to this Verizon store rather than one closer to my residence as it is listed as a corporate location. I was looking to purchase one new Apple Watch and upgrade another and set up cellular service for both. No star if it's let me do it because Verizon Business is a cheater company, I moved from T-mobile to Verizon Business because their online bring your own device $25 off per month discount. I don't give it a zero because it's not possible. Bad attention, bad service, not at all professional, and a lot of waiting for no one to help. Lots of people working but they need to be trained in customer service. I just changed companies that I was with for 5 years and I regret having switched to Verizon.
