Very pleased with my new phone
We bought two items that we couldn't figure out when we got home. But since we had OPENED the boxes they charged us $131 restocking fees the next day when we took them back! We paid $131 for NOTHING!!!
This is one of the three stores I'll use. The other is in Greenville beside the Haywood Mall, and the other is the Greer location. All three stores have very knowledgeable personnel, and I couldn't think of anything negative to say about anyone or anything at either location.
Customer service was replaced by sales reps and it shows
Thank you to Mat Cox for helping my husband get his new phone after an update made it unusable. We where on the phone for an hour and he sat with us fighting the good fight with the inserance dorks. Thank you again Mat you are a blessing.
