Since I've switched to Verizon I've had nothing but problems! This last visit really kinda made me mad I had to wait for them to open the next day to get my problems fixed. Didn't get compensation for their mistake either. Staff aren't welcoming or friendly seems like they are only out to get commission i don't like this store but its the only corporate store so I have to go there unfortunately!
Pray you don't get fraudulent charges on your account because you will get NO help. Fraud department just takes a report and customer service will just give you a run around.
This place is okay, had a lot of people. Checked it out for home internet purposes, I only use mint for mobile just makes more sense at 15.00.
Incompetent customer service in every department.
Bare bones not enough people to take care of the customer.
