They have the worst customer service I bought a phone there I had problems with the case I went through Verizon in the main online and they took care of me. I’ve been a Verizon customer my whole life. They just was no willingness to really go to Bat for their customer.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced!!! Paid over $1000.00 for a phone and service for 2 months!!! Not even a up to date phone! Then they shut it off on me so I went to the office and they wanted MORE money!! I have them 65.00 told them I was done and to leave it off. I went across the parking lot literally and hooked service up with us cellular. Version turned my phone back on!! Without my knowledge and the sent me another bill for an additional $151.00.
