Rude and lazy.
I swear worst service and most costly service I’m totally moving to another service when it comes to a credit that you already owe me, why can’t it be applied directly to my monthly account? I don’t understand why I have to redeem it separately or go through extra steps instead of having it automatically credited.
Got a new phone but switching from prepaid to a 3 year contract. I hope I don’t regret it.
