This location has the worst customer service ever. It’s never enough staff and the wait times are insane.
When I say best customer service from a phone company I mean the BEST. While there was most certainly a long wait time, the staff were very kind and helpful in reassuring me I wasn't forgotten 😋 When it was my turn, the person who helped me, as well as the manager, were so kind and patient as I played 1000 questions 😀 at the end of the night, they helped me switch from T-Mobile and were able to lower my bill and then some! Super duper friendly!
