Bryan has top-notch techie skills, great patience, and high emotional intelligence. A superb representative of Verizon.
Very poor technical service. Spent more than an hour with Tech. Had to wait 20 minutes to get service, and they were not busy. When I left, my phone was in worse condition than BEFORE I WENT IN! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I'D NEVER GO BACK THERE. I'VE YET TO FIND ANY VERIZON STORE THAT PROVIDES "SERVICE!"
