PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! These guys are full of lies. I brought over 5 lines from ATT. They said that they will waive the activation fees of $35/line and give $200 credits as well. We also bought the home internet. Neither did they give $200 credits nor did they waive the activation fees. Just bunch of lies to loop in the customer. I spent 1 week with Verizon customer care over the phone to explain it to them , but they refused to take those charges off as the store did not leave any notes. Jacob helped me transfer 3 numbers from my previous carrier to Verizon and add one more number to make it 4 BYOD for $100 of the unlimited welcome plan. No hassle no hidden fees, everything done in 25 minutes. My 2 own devices cannot be distinguished online and Jacob helped me out. Clearly he is very good and I strongly recommend him! My last 2 trips in ATT and cricket are way slower than Jacob!
