This Verizon store is fantastic! If you need help, support or service, drive any extra distance to get there - you will not regret it! Pretty good customer service. They are very quick to get to you and help you with what you need, in my personal opinion they could be a little friendlier upon arrival. I almost feel like a burden when I walk in..
Hopefully this is the correct location…. Anyways, I worked with a young lady named Hannia. She was absolutely “AMAZING.” I had been having an issue with my products and account that has taken over 2 months to try and resolve. While Hannia investigated with a smile and patience, she resolved the entire issue in minutes. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. I know amazing service when I receive it.
