Misleading. Not honest people.
Horrible customer service/support. We transferred over business account over to Verizon and it’s been hell from day two literally. Soon as our phone numbers was ported the devices didn’t work. We was without devices for over a week. I had to contact the FCC who contacted Verizon Executives Office who reached out to us to fix the account. We went to the Rockaway Verizon corporate store where we was able to purchase a temporary phone. When we came back to restock the temporary phone, the account can’t be verified.
