Employees are awesome
Verizon is unreliable. 5 timesI requested to have changes done. 3 with off shore reps an 2 with in person at store request. All 5 times I was told they change was done. Nothing ever changed. I still have the same problem. Th My issue isn't their problem so her We sit. I will when possible drop all services with verizon. They are to big to care.
Not very courteous and didn’t bother to discuss a restocking fee after I just got devices sent to me and told I can bring back if watch was too. If and get smaller one. Find a different store maybe for better service…?
