I needed help with my phone, but the tech could not help me I have to call customer service. I thought that was what the store was supposed to do,not just to try to sell you a phone. I was not happy
Waited an hour and a half for no reason. Thomas at the front didn’t listen, gave wrong info, and needs better customer service training. All he had to do was open my account and call a Verizon rep — the issue was fixed in 3 minutes once someone actually cared to do their job.
