How do you tell a customer that you have an appointment ,to get a new phone ? If you arrive 15 minutes prior to closing they will not give you service.I work in customer service and we was taught if that a customer enter into the door before closing you serve them.This generation and times has no tact or professional service at all.
The business very unprofessional they close at 7pm, but the doors were locked at 6:15pm. They had workers and sercuity inside. WOW
Customer service was horrible stood outside for 20 mins until they opened the doors at 10.19 am. No help at all. They were all eating and on their phones .
