Their AI is counterproductive and take away from whatever integrity this company claims to have. In addition to this, speaking to live representatives is hit or miss. Only 1 of several that spoke to me about this issue had any help to offer. The others were totally lazy and condescending. And to be honest, if I’m supposed to pay for your service, then perhaps I should be reimbursed when you cannot provide it AND fail to resolve the issues. This is ridiculous. And you EXPECT my money? There is no lower review but verizon service really sucks in Long Island. Not only that but their AI support is really trash. Can never get to someone. They sold me business service here at this store and I quickly moved away from them within two weeks. Back to T-Mobile with a better plan and business account.
I had a bad experience with assistant manager Natasha. She wasn't listening while I was talking to her about my problem. When I stopped talking she got annoyed and walked away. That's no way to treat a customer.
