I just want to express my gratitude towards my Rep, Carter. We struggled for a couple of days to "port out" of AT&T service, get new numbers/lines in operation, set-up voicemail, etc. Carter was committed to the task, helped us immensely, and got everything working properly. After 30+ years I am away from AT&T and giving Verizon a shot at better connectivity and communication.
They were very kind and helpful with my questions. They treated me with respect.
