WARNING. Do not get involved with Verizon's prepaid service. If you change carriers, Verizon will keep any money left on the account and will not refund it. I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How their theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. They wouldn’t even look at a phone issue I had. A tech speaking to another customer overhead me and sent me to Apple without even hearing the full story. Very frustrating. Mr. Know-it-all really just made yall look bad
Not a fan of this location. Always busy and customer service could use some work. Ended up talking to "corporate " at a CORPORATE STORE. I ended up doing 90% of the work. Verizon unfortunately makes customers do certain things at corporate stores only so good luck.
Rude employees , will not answer any questions unless you are buying. Do not go in there!
