They wouldn’t even look at a phone issue I had. A tech speaking to another customer overhead me and sent me to Apple without even hearing the full story. Very frustrating. Mr. Know-it-all really just made yall look bad
Not a fan of this location. Always busy and customer service could use some work. Ended up talking to "corporate " at a CORPORATE STORE. I ended up doing 90% of the work. Verizon unfortunately makes customers do certain things at corporate stores only so good luck.
Rude employees , will not answer any questions unless you are buying. Do not go in there!
I went in for help setting up my new phone which wasn't loading no matter what I tried. The guy who waited on me was cocky, condescending and incredibly unhelpful saying he would only help me if I paid $30. He didn't seem interested in understanding what the actual problem was. I am pretty astounded that Verizon won't help to set up their services that aren't properly loading.
