DO NOT GO HERE!!! This store including its manager cannot even help us understand why our bill substantially increased month to month. When we asked them to please compare bills the manager was not helpful at all and was actually condescending. This comes up as a “business center” and is anything but. We also asked about international passes that we had used and how that was presented in our bil and they said “we can’t see that”. My question is what can they do? I think I know the answer.
Rude people
The bald man w a tan, rudest man I've ever seen!! It was Christmas time, he was so mean! Usually, I can handle rude, but this was too much for even me. I went in to return my earbuds I bought online , and bc I did not buy them their I had a problem. My problem was it was almost at the 30-day mark of no return , for your money back. I recently visited Verizon Wireless on 1-10-25 to upgrade my phone, and the experience started off well thanks to Alexis, who was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, things took a negative turn toward the end when Flow, another associate, rushed to complete the transaction to secure her commission rather than maintaining professional customer service.
