I recently visited Verizon Wireless on 1-10-25 to upgrade my phone, and the experience started off well thanks to Alexis, who was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, things took a negative turn toward the end when Flow, another associate, rushed to complete the transaction to secure her commission rather than maintaining professional customer service.
