WARNING. Do not get involved with Verizon's prepaid service. If you change carriers, Verizon will keep any money left on the account and will not refund it. I am very curious how much money Verizon steals monthly from people that change carriers. How their theft works is, say you pre pay $120 on your pay in advance account and your monthly bill is $60. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at this location. During my visit, I experienced behavior that I found highly unprofessional and disrespectful. In particular, an employee named Taylor spoke to me in an inappropriate manner. He stated, “If we have low points, why did you come here?” and instructed me to leave the store, further stating that he would call the police. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This store including its manager cannot even help us understand why our bill substantially increased month to month. When we asked them to please compare bills the manager was not helpful at all and was actually condescending. This comes up as a “business center” and is anything but. We also asked about international passes that we had used and how that was presented in our bil and they said “we can’t see that”. My question is what can they do? I think I know the answer.
