This will be long-winded sorry. We have been At&t customers for 20 years. We were there yesterday just to upgrade my wife's phone and had a bad service experience, walked out. Went to Verizon that same day, explained how bad our experience was at At&t and Axel went to work for us. I'm not kidding you when I say discounts and free crap started flying everywhere.
