Won't be a customer, went to TMobile and AT&T. Got hat I needed from other companies. Digitally recognize that.
No idea how good this store is. We were second in line when we checked in and told the wait was 10 minutes. We waited an hour and then when we asked they said 5 minutes. However long they tell you the wait is, multiply it by 10. I understand a wait but be realistic about it when you check them in. Also, the person checking in only assisted those already being helped by someone. Maybe offer some help to those still waiting?
