I purchased two pair of headphones at the Delafield Wisconsin Verizon Store online and went to pick them up within a 2 hour time frame. They were sorry but they just sold one of the pairs that I had bought and paid for. Told me they would ship out the 2nd pair to my home to make up for their mistake.
