I was actually coming in to cancel and switch to the wife's plan on at&t, then after talking to Chris, I stayed with verizon because he helped me out and hooked me up. My wife was so impressed with the deals and asked to switch to my plan on verizon. Chris was very patient, kind, funny, and most importantly not pushy. He respected my autonomy and truly just tried to make life better for me financially, he felt like a friend I've had for a long time.
