Why is my mobile service completely down? Should we expect this garbage once a month now? Your service is already terrible when it works and now its just off for days at a time?
As a 55+ customer some patience & repeating may be needed...Michael Martinez @ the 1169 Saxon Blvd spot has my vote hands down plus some. He took on the role as my advocate with customer service and made sure everything was clear. The other employees where just as polite & engaging with customers in a clean store.
Dayna was able to help me quickly solve my issue with an invalid SIM transfer. She was helpful and solved the issue with little fuss. She also noticed I was a veteran, but didn’t have the vet discount and informed me on how to sign up! Thanks!
