I switched from AT&T to Verizon because I was promised that Verizon would send me a credit to pay off the remaining balance on my phones from AT&T. Since January, I have received no resolution and no payment. I have called customer service at least 10 times, and every representative gives me a different answer with no actual help. Was treated terribly by the Manager very unprofessional and rude didn't listen or understand My issue. Was not offered my loyalty discount or any upgrade rebates 25 year customer please then asked for a call nothing
Danny and Kizzy just made my day.Best customer service ever. I was in resteraunt busy all my life and I know good customer service. Guys were absolutely excellent.
